Vashon Island is home to a generous and creatively rich community, with a variety of resources that can support artists during their stay. While we can’t guarantee access to everything beyond what the residency provides, we’ve built relationships that have helped past Residents borrow or rent things like rehearsal space, equipment, musical instruments, and tools from local individuals and organizations. We encourage applicants and selected artists to contact our Executive Director to discuss any specific needs related to their creative work.
