Studios

Artists assigned to one of the three studios will have 24-hour access to their space. Each studio is approximately 250 square feet, with 10-foot ceilings and roll-up garage doors that let in natural light. Studios are individually accessible through these roll-up doors, and interior doors connect them for optional shared use. Walls extend to the ceiling for privacy, and each studio is equipped with HVAC for climate control and color-balanced overhead lighting. Entry is secured with individual key codes.

Studios come furnished with a rolling work desk, a padded stool, and two adjustable tables with additional stools. A covered outdoor area and adjacent shed offer shared amenities, including a utility sink with hot and cold water, basic tools, drop cloths, jars, rags, and more. Residents are encouraged to discuss specific artmaking needs with the Executive Director prior to arrival.
